I have developed education and training solutions and instructed, primarily for the Institute of Communications Agencies (ICA) and the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA), in the areas of Direct Marketing, Digital/Online Marketing and Emerging Media, Marketing Planning, Advertising and Media, Integrated Branding, Lead Generation and Loyalty/CRM, Creative Development and Evaluation, Offer Development, Testing, Measurement and Optimization and Presentation Skills.

Services

  • Development/customization of education curriculum and training programs to suit needs of client including content for audio/visual presentation and literature/workbooks for students
  • Up-to-date content with references and additional reading where applicable via ongoing subject matter research and review
  • Delivery of training program in classes of all sizes
  • Development and facilitation of in-class and outside class individual and group exercises and assignments, tests and exams; marking and evaluation of same
  • Individual coaching, consultation and mentoring of students
